Ideal for creation of liquid stock, soups, stews, casseroles, sauces or gravies, in stir fries, or on meats, veggies and seafood in preparation for roasting or BBQ cooking.

• For a soup base or liquid stock – dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of Vegeta Gourmet stock powder in 2 cups (500ml) of hot water.
• Add to stir fries, casseroles, risottos, sauces, gravies, etc.
• Sprinkle as a seasoning on meats, veggies or seafood prior to barbecuing or roasting
