This mix produces fluffy golden pancakes, with a natural vanilla back note; they are completely like traditional pancakes in taste, texture and appearance. Also produce delicate sweet crepes which are starting to pop up everywhere and set to be an Aussie favourite.

ingredients: Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Sugar, Dextrose Monohydrate, Raising Agents (341, 450, 500), Thickeners (415, 464), Iodised Salt, Emulsifiers (471, 475), Natural Flavours (Vanilla, Honey And Caramelised Sugar), Natural Colour (100).

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl combine these ingredients using a hand beater until well combined.
600 of pancake mix, 3 eggs, 900mL of water and 40mL of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
3. Pre-heat frying pan.
4. Pour batter into a frying pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
