Riverland Fruit and Nut Cake Mix
Over 99% Australian ingredients.
NO ADDED GLUTEN, DAIRY. REFINED SUGAR
CONTAINS TREE NUTS AND SULPHITES.
Ingredients: sultanas, sunmuscats, almond meal, currants, walnuts, apricots, cinnamon, allspice.
METHOD 300g Jar
Place all contents, except blanched almonds in a large bowl.
Add 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1/3 cup of orange juice.
Mix well, pour into cake tin/s and decorate with blanched almonds.
Cover tin with foil for first 30min of cooking.
Cook in a 150 degree oven for one hour.
When cooked, glaze with your favourite warmed marmalade or jam.
METHOD 900g Bag
