About Wiech's

Wiech's noodles are handcrafted, with the well-loved taste and texture of the best homemade egg noodles in mind.

They use Lauke flour and South Australian free-range eggs to make their staple noodles, which are all perfect in delicious soups, pastas and stir-fry recipes.

These noodles have the best quality, allowing you to enjoy the simple pleasure of homestyle cooking, without needing to spend hours making your own at home.

Egg Noodles - Fine/Ribbon/Strings

Wiech's Egg Noodles are a wide, generous noodle that is very versatile in the kitchen. It goes perfectly with a stroganoff, bourguignon, or ragu sauce. We also love it in any great stirfry.

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.

Contains: Wheat, gluten, egg

Black Pepper Noodles

Wiech uses premium certified-organic cracked black pepper to give these ribbon noodles the best flavour. These noodles are perfect for a creamy pasta dish.

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.

Contains: Wheat, gluten, eggs

Chilli Noodles

If you don’t mind a bit of spice, these chilli noodles have a great kick. Wiech uses premium certified-organic chilli powder and flakes in our recipe to ensure it's not just spice, but great flavour too. These are great in a spicy ramen or prawn pasta with garlic, lemon and parsley.

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.

Contains: Wheat, gluten, eggs

Spelt Ribbon Noodles

These noodles are made with 100% Laucke Spelt Flour. Spelt is considered a low-yielding, ancient grain that hasn’t been modified over the years of commercial farming. Due to its different structure, spelt flour can be enjoyed by some gluten-intolerant individuals (note: spelt is NOT coeliac friendly). We love these spelt ribbon noodles for their nutty and wholesome flavour!

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking and before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.

Contains Wheat, Gluten, Eggs.
