The base of this delicious relish is made from local organic cucumbers and local capsicums.

Perfect match with a sharp cheddar and cured meats such as salami or mettwurst, smothered on a snag or in a sandwich. Also a fantastic accompaniment to natural oysters, just add 1/2 teaspoon to garnish.
