Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup chia seeds
3/4 Cup almond milk
1/4 Cup cold coffee
2 medjool dates
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop collagen
Pinch salt
Ganache:
1/4 Cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond milk
Cacao nibs (optional for topping)
Method
- Blend all ingredients until almost smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Divide between two jars, seal, then set in the fridge for 2 hours minimum to thicken.
- When ready to eat combine topping ingredients and spoon overtop. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy.
