Souped-Up Sriracha Slaw

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Red cabbage, sliced fine
  • 1/2 White cabbage, sliced fine
  • 1 Carrot - sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 3 Shallots - sliced
  • Gevity Souped-Up Sriracha Mayo

Method:

1. Add vegetables to a large bowl and gently stir through Sriracha Mayo - add just a tablespoon at a time to ensure you don't add too much.

2. Once all the vegetables are coated with mayo, transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
