No Bake Frosted Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cups Dates, Pitted
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts, plus a few extra for topping.
Tahini Frosting Ingredients:
- 150g Tahini
- 250g Raw Chocolate
Method:
Simply blend the brownie ingredients until you have a sticky mixture, then press into a lined square baking tin (8” works well). Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat then, stir in the tahini. Mix well, then pour this over the brownie base. Place in the fridge to set, then slice and serve!
