Ingredients:

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients using a hand beater until well combined.
  2. Allow Mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Pre-Heat frying pan. 
  4. Pour batter into a frying pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Recipe Variations:

We add a cup of finely chopped banana and dates to the mixture before cooking, it turns out delicious!
